Promotion Period:
21 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (inclusive)

Eligibility:

  • Offer valid for customers who present a valid APCO Service Station receipt dated within the promotion period

  • Receipt must be from any APCO Service Station

  • Receipt must clearly display APCO branding, date, store location, and be legible

  • Receipt must be presented at time of purchase at participating Chas Cole Cellars locations

  • One receipt per transaction

  • Receipt can only be used once and cannot be reused for multiple transactions

  • Receipts that have been defaced, damaged, altered, photocopied, or are illegible will not be accepted

Discount Details:

  • 5% discount applies to liquor purchases only

  • Discount does not apply to tobacco products, non-alcoholic beverages, gift cards, delivery fees, or any non-liquor items

  • Discount applies to the total liquor purchase amount before any other discounts or promotions

  • Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated

  • No minimum purchase amount required

Receipt Requirements:

·         Customers should detach the promotional voucher section along the perforated line at the bottom of the receipt and present it at Chas Cole Cellars

·         The promotional voucher will be retained by Chas Cole Cellars upon redemption

·         Management reserves the right to refuse any receipt that does not meet the stated requirements or is suspected of fraud or misuse

·         Chas Cole Cellars accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired receipts

General Conditions:

  • Offer is subject to stock availability

  • All standard Chas Cole Cellars trading terms and conditions apply

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol laws apply - ID may be required

  • Must be 18+ years of age to purchase alcohol

  • This promotion is not transferable and has no cash value

  • Chas Cole Cellars reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions

  • This promotional offer is exempt from minimum gift card expiry requirements under Australian Consumer Law as it is part of a temporary marketing promotion

Liability:

  • Chas Cole Cellars accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from this promotion

  • To the extent permitted by law, all warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these terms are excluded

Disputes:

  • Any disputes regarding this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Chas Cole Cellars management

  • Management decisions are final

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia
